Jennifer and Doug

Jennifer and Doug celebrated their love and marriage with their families at the Wauwinet on August 1st.
Their wedding was full of personal touches and many details reflecting Jennifer's style and love of Nantucket.
I remain in awe of each event; each family has such a wonderful story. My most special memory of this wedding was the snippet of time on the boat trip in Polpis Harbor when Jennifer and her sister read some love letters written by their grandfather to their grandmother. Just fantastic. Wanted to put down my camera, snuggle in on the bench and laugh right along with them.

Such an amazing evening surrounded by love. I wish you, Jennifer and Doug, a lifetime of love.

sweet summer family

This sweet family's session took place at the height of summer, over July 4th holiday.
(I got a little behind in my blogging....sorry)
Seeing these images this morning made me smile as we had a glorious evening for their session.
You know I love anyone who tells me they must have their dog included in their family photos!

Amy and Mike

Their smiles are truly infectious.
We had the most beautiful evening at Ladies Beach, complete with a stunning sunset and loads of laughter.
I was also pleasantly surprised to find out that Mike wanted to include his beloved red Land Rover Defender in the photos.
It was the perfect prop for this fun loving, adventurous and classic couple.

Nicole and Mark

Nicole and Mark were married at the Wauwinet last Saturday under a gorgeous sweet summer sky.
Best friends, lovers, partners.
