Place together  a beautiful and intelligent young woman with incredible aspirations, and gorgeous Nantucket scenery and you have one fabulous Senior session.
This young lady is going big places and I am so happy for her.

Mason takes his family to the beach

Mason took his family to the beach and had me along to take some photos.
He is a boy who knows what he wants and very much knows how to have a good time....even if it simply entails running up and down the beach. Ah, the simple joys of being a preschooler.
I am jealous.
He is preparing to be a very good big brother this winter. I can't wait to meet his baby brother!
And just in case it is not obvious, puppy dog Bella never ventured too far from her family...always a watchful eye on Mason and her Mom.
The photo of her with Whitney demonstrates how truly loyal she is.
Had an amazing time with them all....thanks Mason for all the laughter!

Enchanted Nantucket Autumn

Last weekend I photographed a lifestyle shoot for The Nantucket BlACKbook. The planning and scouting phases are almost as fun as the actual shoot itself. Kudos to Sarah Fraunfelder who styled and modeled this fall fashion shoot. More to come!

Wauwinet Elopement

This special elopement ceremony at the Wauwinet took place just last week on a glorious Indian summer afternoon.
We took full advantage of the beautiful weather to catch some shots at many of the sweet spots at the resort.  Their beach ceremony was simply perfect. Just the two of them, (and Nancy and myself) and about 25 seagulls eavesdropping.
Simple and sweet. No fanfare. It was just about them. Love that.

Miacomet Wedding

Dr Mike and Amy were married amongst their closest friends and family under a gorgeous September sky.
Understated but elegant, and full of amazing love at every turn.
I was incredibly honored to watch it all unfold from behind my camera.
Kudos to my wonderful assistant Jaime Connelly who grabbed some gorgeous shots of Dr Mike waiting for his beautiful bride.
